Pathological Mechanism of Kidney Disease

Kidney diseases in modern times are becoming more and more prevalent all around the world. In China, on average, one out of ten people have kidney disease no matter whether they are diagnosed or not. The same goes for other countries such as America and Canada.
So treating kidney disease is urgent so as to prevent the deterioration or complications, which make the effect hard to achieve. First of all, we should know how kidney disease comes into being exactly, and only in this way, can we treat kidney disease well, just as the saying goes, More preparation may quicken the speed in doing work. The pathological mechanism of kidney disease is as follows:
In normal condition, people don’t get ill for the immune system can help us defend. In normal condition, the immune complex forms, which is the combination of antibody and antigen. They are called circulating immune complex. Normally, they are in blood and flow through kidney together with blood circulation. They can also deposit onto kidney but the intrinsic immune system can discharge them out. However, when there is something wrong in immune system, the immune complex will not be discharged away, which leads to a series of excessive immune response, so the immune complex will deposit onto the kidney, thus causing kidney disease. The reason why immune complex deposits onto the kidney is that there is epitope in kidney.
On the other hand, if the immune complex comes into being with a large amount at a time, they can not be discharged out in time, which also lead to excessive immune response, thus causing kidney disease.
From the above, we can get a conclusion that to treat kidney disease, we should repair and rebuild the immune system. In our Hospital, we have brand new immunotherapy, which can be mainly divided into 6 steps.
