Cause
IgA Nephritis( IgA Nephropathy) is a kind of mucosa immune disease, which is also the main reason why there is renal glomerular hematuria. Through fluoroscopy, we can see the deposition of IgA in mesangial area and the wall of capillaries. The clinical manifestation of IgA Nephropathy is a large amount of refractory gross hematuria and microscopic hematuria, all of which lead to the insufficiency of blood and oxygen in the kidney, the increased permeability of renal basilar memnbrane. In this case, proteins and red blood cells and so on will leak out from the pores of basilar membrane. Gradually, the proliferation, fibrosis, and even sclerosis take place in renal glomeruli.
Prognosis
The leak out of protein leads to proteinuria. Long time proteinuria will lead to low protein in the plasma, which will lead to edema eventually. So how to solve the problem?
Measures
Patients with IgA Nephritis( IgA Nephropathy) take in food which is rich in protein as much as possible, holding the idea that it can solve the problem. Is it effective? The experts in kidney disease do not agree with it. How to supply protein for patients with IgA Nephritis who have lost proteins in urine? We can compare the damaged kidney to a kettle whose bottom has pores. Adding water is not enough and not effective. The proper way is to repair the bottom of the cattle, through which, water will not leak out. Similarly, low protein can reduce the load of the kidney, which can help relieve the symptoms. The effective way is to repair the damaged pores in the basilar membrane of renal glomeruli.
So from the above, we can get a conclusion that to solve the problem, we should firstly repair the damaged filtration membrane.
In Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital, we have researched out Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy which is on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine but is more effective and convenient than traditional Chinese medicine. It has functions such as extending blood vessels, anti-coagulation, anti-inflammation, degradation, and so on. For more information, please consult us or leave a message.
