Diabetic Nephropathy is a kind of secondary kidney disorders which is caused by long time diabetes. How to test protein in the early stage? We can test the secretion rate of albumin. In the early stage, the conventional protein test is negative, and if it is more than 0.5g/24 hours for a long time, it indicates that patients have become into renal failure stage.
In addition, in urine change, patients with Diabetic Nephropathy can also have increased urine at night or increased times of urine at night, both of which indicates that the renal function is damaged.
