Is IgA Nephtopathy Contagious

IIgA Nephtopathy ContagiousThe answer is no. On the basis of the pathological mechanism of IgA Nephtopathy, it is caused by the deficiency of auto mucosa immune function. After the upper respiratory tract is infected, in the body, IgA, which has abnormal structure will have antigenicity and stimulate the body to form antibody-antigen immune complex. In this case, a lot of IgA immune complex deposits onto the renal mesangial area, thus causing the immune mediated damage, thus causing the proliferation of renal mesangial area. Athis time, the mesangial cell’swallowing function declines, thus abnormality in urine such as red blood cells in urine.
In deed, IgA Nephtopathy is not contagious. But it is really usually caused from the infection of upper respiratory tract. For patients with IgA Nephtopathy, we should prevent cold or flu by taking more exercise, etc. We should also take effective measures to treat IgA NephtopathyImmune therapy is considered to be the best one for it is caused by the deposition of immune complex in the renal mesangial area.

  1. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
