Can kidney disease patients eat prawn or shrimps? Prawn and shrimps contain rich protein and other nutrition such as calcium, iron, phosphrus, etc, all of which can do good to the body.
Specialists in kidney disease field also point out that protein is metabolized in liver and is discharged in kidney. So when kidney disease patients eat prawn or shrimps, they should pay attention to the amount for the principle of protein in kidney disease should be low.
In addition, purpura nephritis patients and lupus nephritis should be cautious to eat prawn or shrimps.

Last but not least, if the patients with kidney disease are high in phosphorus in the later stage, they should limit prawn or shrimps for prawn and shrimps are also rich in phosphorus, which is not good for the recovery of kidney disease.

  1. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
